The Grande Braderie de Toulouse is the back-to-school shopping event, where every year, in September, more than 50,000 people stroll through the streets of the city center, looking for good deals.
Since 2015, the Quai des Etoiles agency has been the preferred partner responsible for quality musical entertainment to brighten up life in the city center.
Quai des Étoiles is responsible for:
- Programming
- Establishing travel plans for the various groups (in conjunction with the Town Hall & CCI commerce department and the Toulouse municipal police department)
- Contract management
- On the welcome and hospitality of the artists
